Our Team
The RW Institute (RWI) exists to better develop, coordinate, and leverage the private sector’s contribution to positive social and environmental change. Through networking opportunities, learning and development programs, innovative research, and thought leadership RWI enhances corporate citizenship efforts and connects key change-makers to like-minded leaders around the world.
As a global think tank, RWI convenes representatives of all sectors, including individuals, organizations and corporations, around “Stakeholder Tables” to explore and innovate solutions focused on public policy, projects and research. The result is a co-creative process which advances the theory and practice of corporate citizenship on a global scale.
Chris Jarvis

In 2015, Chris and his partner, Angela Parker, launched the RW Institute (RWI), a think tank focused on advancing the practice and theory of corporate citizenship through innovative projects, research, analysis and public policy change. RWI is comprised of an association of stakeholders who are committed to removing existing barriers and promoting the practice and theory of corporate volunteering on a global scale.
Chris is a co-founder and the Chief Strategy Officer of Realized Worth, a global agency focused on the design and implementation of employee-led volunteering and giving programs. His work with companies globally is helping to mobilize employees to make meaningful contributions in the communities where they live and work.
Widely known for his thought-leadership in employee volunteering, workplace giving and Corporate Social Responsibility, in 2011, Chris was asked by the United Nations Office of Partnerships to design and launch the first private sector led initiative, IMPACT 2030, to achieve the post-millennial Sustainable Development Goals through corporate volunteering.
Kira Carney

Kira Carney serves as a Volunteer Engagement Specialist with the SAP CSR team and works to expand and support their volunteer initiatives in North America. She earned her BA in Earth Science from James Madison University and her MS in Environmental Studies from Antioch University New England. In both programs, she focused her studies on education and communication. Kira has non-profit experience in volunteer program management and community engagement. She is passionate about building capacity in others to carve out their unique positive impact on the world.
Mariana Paniagua

Mariana Paniagua works with the SAP CSR team to build, manage, nurture, and support the Latin America (LAC) Volunteer Ambassador Community.
She has professional experience in the nonprofit sector and an educational background in public administration and political science. She is passionate about social impact and focusing on the greater good.
Mariana was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and she is bilingual in Spanish and English.
Atalanta Kyriazi

Atalanta Kyriazi supports Realized Worth clients as they create, adapt, and improve upon their employee volunteering programs and strategy, with a focus on skills-based volunteering and pro bono consulting. Atalanta is passionate about connecting people to opportunities that are meaningful to them, and helping people to realize the positive impact that they can make in their communities. With eight years of experience in volunteer and community engagement program management, she is excited to continue her work with the lens of corporations in mind.
Priti Pandya

Priti Pandya is a Volunteer Engagement Specialist. She liaises with program partners and staff to enhance the pro bono volunteering portfolio, including SAP's Social Sabbatical. She provides project implementation support in operations, knowledge management, and engagement to drive and increase the impact of global pro bono programs.
Priti’s background is in education, community health, and the nonprofit sector. She has worked extensively in disability services and brings a deep commitment to inclusion to her work. Priti holds an MSW focused on community and economic development. She serves her local community as a volunteer for medical and health clinics.
