Amy White is the Head of Social Impact and Communications for Adobe where she leads corporate philanthropy, employee community engagement, environmental sustainability and technology for good initiatives across the enterprise. Develop comprehensive internal and external communications strategies that target awareness building, employee engagement and social impact. Provide strategic leadership to build and deploy an integrated communications strategy to drive impact for Adobe stakeholders relating to societal issues, corporate responsibility, diversity & inclusion and community building.

Over here career, Amy has served as the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility and Public Relations for Nordstrom as well as the the Head of Global Community Relations & Public Affairs at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

White is a seasoned community relations and public policy leader with fifteen years of experience providing strategic leadership, education and management to non-profit organizations, national coalitions, elected officials and key constituents to advance goals and objectives.

Before to entering philanthropy, Amy held a variety of leadership positions within the YMCA movement, and developed expertise in coalition building, communications, organizational management, program design and evaluation, and fundraising.

Amy holds a Master of Public Administration and Non-Profit Leadership from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Washington. She serves as a Trustee for the Downtown Seattle Association, the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, and the Henry Art Museum.
